This policy covers this website — the public Genflux marketing site. Genflux is an early-stage product available only through a private, invite-only closed beta, so this site exists mainly to share what we are building. It has no sign-up, no accounts, and no forms. Because the project is still evolving, we may update this policy from time to time.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to your visit to this website. It does not cover the Genflux application itself, which is available only to invited participants under separate arrangements. Access to the beta is not offered or granted through this site.
Information we collect
The website does not ask you for personal information. There is no account to create and no form to fill in. The only way to reach us from the site is a link that opens your own email app addressed to our public address — using it is entirely your choice.
Preferences stored in your browser
When you switch the theme or make a choice in the cookie banner, we save that setting locally in your browser so the site remembers it next time. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read, so we can improve the site. Analytics is off by default and only starts after you accept it in the cookie banner; if you decline, it stays off. We use it only for aggregate visitor measurement — no advertising or profiling — and it may collect data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type. Google processes this data as our provider, and the data is kept only for a limited retention period configured in Google Analytics; see Google's own policies for details.
Legal basis and international transfers
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent as the legal basis for analytics, and on our legitimate interest in replying when you choose to email us. Google may process and store analytics data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards Google applies to such transfers. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which stops any further analytics processing.

If you email us at the address below, we receive whatever you choose to put in your message and use it only to reply. Please share only what you are comfortable sending.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal data relating to you, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because this site collects so little, the quickest way to exercise a right is to email us, and we will respond as the law requires.
Cookies and your choices
Until you accept analytics, only the local preferences described above are stored. You can decline analytics in the cookie banner, and you can clear this site's stored data at any time through your browser settings to reset every choice. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie and storage item by name.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. The only third parties involved in running this site are our analytics provider (Google) and the infrastructure that hosts the site. We may disclose information if required by law.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Genflux is still taking shape, and this policy may change as the project and the way we handle data evolve. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
